Smoothie

Hello :)
Today im going to share a really quick, easy and healthy smoothie recipe. It's great for snack, in the morning, after workout or basically anytime you want :D The ingredients that you will need are really simple; strawberries, blueberries, quark, milk and a bit of sugar. Of course you can substitute the berries for example with fruit or anything you want to! This is just how I like to do it:)



First put your berries and quark into your blender cup thing :D The amount will vary on how much you wanna make. I made just for one person and i put aprx. 7 strawberries, 2 big tablespoons of blueberries and 2 tbl of quark. You can use either fresh berries or frozen ones.


















 Then add 2 teaspoons of sugar and a bit of milk depending on how thick you want your smoothie to be.


















Then just blend everything until smooth.
